- When ordering your crickets take into consideration the weather. The #1 reason why crickets die in transit is the extreme weather. What is extreme weather?
- Temperatures over 90 degrees
- Temperatures under 30 degrees
- Before you place your order check your temperature. We provide heat and cold packs at an extra cost.
- Live Arrival Guarantee is only honored when shipping Fed Ex Overnight or USPS Priority Mail Express. You must select this shipping method when checking out.
- Orders placed before 12 noon will be shipped, the same day.
- Orders placed after 12 noon will be shipped the following day.
- No orders will be shipped Friday-Sunday.
- Physical address is required. We do not ship to Post Offices.
- Someone should be home to accept orders.
- ALL ORDERS will have 10% overcount. This is to make sure you have the “live” amount that you ordered.
Crickets shipped during cold weather months will go dormant and may appear dead. When you receive your order, please bring the box inside so that the crickets will acclimate to the warmer temperature.
DO NOT OPEN box for 3 to 4 hours. This should be enough time for them to recover and become active. Crickets are then ready to go into your receiving container that you have prepared with food and water.
USPS Priority Mail Express is usually Next day to 2 days guaranteed.
USPS Priority Mail is 2-3 business days.
It is best that you order early in the week to prevent crickets from staying in the post office over the weekend.
When your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification with tracking information.
If there is a problem with your order, contact us immediately by phone or email. We are here to please.
